Quick Release Coupling | QRC Dealers Roha
Quick Release Couplings (QRC), also known as Industrial Couplings, are essential devices designed for the swift and efficient connection and disconnection of hydraulic and pneumatic lines. These couplings are available for both low-pressure air lines and high-pressure hydraulic systems.
With Quick Release Couplings, devices can be easily connected and disconnected without the need for tools. These couplings come with or without a non-return valve, which can be mechanically unlocked. The non-return valve allows for connection without bleeding hydraulic fluid when there is no pressure in the system.
All quick-acting couplings share common features, consisting of two main components: a plug (male half) and a socket (female half). When properly connected, these components create a secure seal, effectively containing internal pressures and resisting tensile forces that could otherwise separate the joint.
Quick Release Couplings are manually operated, replacing traditional threaded or flanged connections that require tools. They are widely used in plumbing, heating, electrical, and fire suppression systems. These fittings are versatile and find applications in various environments, from underwater drilling operations to spacecraft docking systems. When equipped with self-sealing valves, they automatically contain fluid within the line upon disconnection.
At Roha, we specialize in providing a wide range of Quick Release Couplings in various sizes, materials, and configurations. Our products are readily available in stock to meet your needs.
